A.DDW 2024 registration will open Jan. 17, 2024 for AASLD, AGA, ASGE and SSAT members. Non-member registration will open Jan. 24, 2024.

A.Abstract submissions will be accepted from Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023 at 09:00 Eastern time (UTC-4) through Thursday, Nov. 30, 2023, at 21:00 Eastern time (UTC-5).
Late-Breaking Abstract submissions will be accepted from Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at 09:00 Eastern time (UTC-4) through Wednesday, March 24, 2024, at 17:00 Eastern time (UTC-4).

Booth staff must be registered and have a badge in hand to gain access to the show floor. Booth staff will be able to gain access on show days at 7 a.m. and allowed to stay in the hall until 6 p.m. Eastern Time.
